1. Introduction

Welcome to DashBro ("the App", "we", "our"), published by Thirty Two Tech, Inc.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the App, our website, and related services.

By using DashBro, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian if required by local law.

You must also be legally capable of accepting these Terms in your jurisdiction.

3. Services Provided

DashBro is a phone dashboard app that works with any car. Using your phone's GPS, the Music app and places you share from a maps app, it can:

  • Show your speed, position and a live map
  • Alert you to speed cameras and average speed zones where data is available
  • Show route options, the next turn, arrival time, distance and trip progress
  • Show what is playing, with artwork, lyrics and playback controls
  • Keep speed and arrival time visible in Picture in Picture or the Dynamic Island
  • Record trip history on your device

DashBro does not connect to your vehicle. Features may change, improve, or be removed over time.

4. Driving Safety

DashBro is a driving aid only. You are always responsible for driving safely and lawfully.

  • Obey all traffic laws, posted speed limits and road signs, even when they differ from what the App shows
  • Keep your eyes on the road; set your destination, layout and settings before you start driving
  • Do not interact with the App in a way that distracts you while the vehicle is moving
  • Mount your phone securely and in a position permitted by local law, without blocking your view
  • When using HUD mode, make sure the reflection does not obstruct your view of the road

5. Speed Cameras, Maps and Other Information

Speed, location, routes, arrival times, map data, weather and speed camera alerts are provided for reference only and may be inaccurate, delayed, incomplete or unavailable.

Speed camera alerts are based on government open data, currently for Taiwan only, and may not include every camera or reflect recent changes. The absence of an alert does not mean there is no camera or enforcement.

GPS speed can differ from your vehicle's speedometer, and GPS signal may be lost in tunnels, garages or dense urban areas.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use DashBro for any unlawful purpose
  • Use the App in connection with unsafe driving
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the App or its services
  • Use the App in a way that could harm our services or other users

Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of access to the App.

7. Pricing

DashBro is currently free to download and use, and has no in-app purchases. If we introduce paid features in the future, we will describe their terms before you purchase.

8. Data & Privacy

DashBro does not require an account. The permissions requested by the App, such as location, Apple Music and (optionally) microphone access, are used only to provide its features.

9. Third-Party Services

DashBro uses third-party services such as Apple MapKit, Apple WeatherKit, the Google Maps SDK, Apple ShazamKit and the lyrics database you choose. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms.

DashBro is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple, Google, or any map, music or lyrics provider. Their names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility.

Songs, artwork and lyrics belong to their respective rights holders.

10. Intellectual Property

All App branding, software, interface design, and related content of DashBro are owned by us or our licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the App unless explicitly permitted.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Accuracy or completeness of speed, location, map, route or speed camera information
  • Continuous availability or error-free operation
  • Non-infringement

You use DashBro at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • We are not responsible for inaccurate, delayed, unavailable, or incomplete speed, map, navigation, weather or speed camera information
  • We are not responsible for traffic violations, fines or penalties you receive
  • We are not responsible for any accident, property damage, or personal injury arising from your use of the App while driving
  • Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to use the App during the 12 months before the relevant claim

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Your continued use of DashBro after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
